Fragments
Fragments
A series of paper placemats featuring punched-out patterns. They are all segments of the same pattern design, with references to bindings and punch card images that form the basis of woven textiles. The place mats are flexible fragments that can be turned around to create an endless number of combinations. Thus, Fragments actively engages the user in creating new patterns again and again. The place mats are available in white and measure 34 x 45 cm.
